Prime Grafix (formerly Prime Binding) was founded in 2005 as the Distributor for global document presentation solution manufacturer Peleman. Operating out of humble buildings in Oakleigh, founder Frank Tevere decided to expand and lease an office close to the existing building. After substantial growth, in 2008 Prime Grafix moved to newly purpose built premises in Burwood and then expanded those premises again in 2010.
